eParcel started as an online courier for ecommerce stores and once-off senders. We still do exactly that, with one difference from most courier platforms: a team that owns every delivery until it arrives.

Our story

A courier service built around online sellers

We began by helping small online stores get parcels to customers anywhere in South Africa at a fair, simple price. Over the years that grew into clients shipping thousands of parcels a month: ecommerce brands, universities sending high-risk examination scripts, and businesses returning empty crates.

What hasn't changed is how we work. You book with us, we choose the courier that runs your route best, and our team watches the shipment until it's signed for.
